Individuals working in the “service industry” are presumed to provide the public with excellent customer service.  Individuals providing “direct service” to their clients and the communities they serve are also providing customer service.  Each one of us is the face and the voice of Volunteers of America.  Plan to join us as we focus our time and attention on enhancing our ability to offer our “services with a smile.”
